Unlike traditional systems, MyFigPoint does not handle or transfer Reward directly. Instead, it provides a secure platform where users can:

REWARD POLICY

1. Purpose

This policy outlines how MyFigPoint processes reward redemptions and communicates payout requests to partner companies. It ensures transparency between users, brands, and the platform.

2. Nature of Service

MyFigPoint is a reward-management and communication system, not a financial institution. It allows users to accumulate points from verified brands and submit redemption requests for rewards. MyFigPoint itself does not handle, hold, or transfer any funds on behalf of users or companies.

3. Redemption Process

Users submit a redemption request via their dashboard. MyFigPoint collects the required information (e.g., name, user ID, reward type, and bank account details if necessary). This information is forwarded securely to the brand that issued the points for final verification and payout. The brand processes the reward — which may include product delivery, airtime, or direct payment — within 3–7 working days.

Product Rewards

Herbal products, merchandise, gifts.

Digital Rewards

Airtime, data bundles, e-vouchers.

Service Rewards

Discounts, event access, training.

Cash-Equivalent

Monetary value (if permitted).

Note: The availability of specific reward types depends on each participating company’s policy and discretion.

4. Role of MyFigPoint

Acts as a facilitator that bridges users and companies. Provides the digital infrastructure for tracking and managing points. Does not process payments or store user funds. Once a request is successfully forwarded to a brand, MyFigPoint’s role in the payout process is complete.

5. Partner Responsibility

Each participating brand is fully responsible for verifying, approving, and completing its reward payouts. All forms of payment or physical reward delivery are done by the respective company, not by MyFigPoint.

TERMS OF USE

  1. Acceptance – By using MyFigPoint, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and all related policies.
  2. User Conduct – Users must not attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse the platform. Creating multiple fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent point activities is strictly prohibited. MyFigPoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
  3. Intellectual Property – All content, logos, and systems on MyFigPoint are the property of BlueTech Resources Ltd. Unauthorized copying or reverse-engineering is not permitted.
  4. Limitation of Liability – MyFigPoint is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by partner companies or network failures.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Information We Collect – We collect limited information, including name, email, points, and activity history, and bank account name and number (only if required for reward forwarding).
  2. How We Use It – We use this data to manage user accounts, forward reward requests to the correct brand, and provide customer support and updates.
  3. Data Security – All data is stored securely with encryption. We never sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties. Only verified partner brands receive necessary details for reward fulfillment.
  4. User Rights – Users can request correction or deletion of their data by emailing support@bluetechio.com.
